Not at all. Not only is she wearing circle contacts, which make your eyes look bigger, she also has false eyelashes on that spread out farther than the width of the eye which also makes them look longer. In one of the pictures I can also see a glimpse of eyelid tape, which also makes your eyes look rounder by giving you double eyelids. She also might have blended white eyeliner around the circumference of her eyes, which also makes them appear more large. This girl's actually wearing a ton of makeup and cosmetics to make herself look several years younger than she is.

Actually, I think she looks perfectly normal. Remember, please, that there are people out there that don't have room for their eyes because of a genetic predisposition. I've also seen images of a human that has a beak, caused by Agent Orange. This girl is pretty and if she is eighteen, then that implies she will remain pretty for a long time, right? However, if her eyes are that big, think of all the draw backs... like if she ever needs glasses? Also, if you look closely, her nose is also a little off.
