heart attacks, strokes, cancer... staring directly back at you. this should be a scary sight for people with common sense. instead, it's the very reason for the high cost of health care, personal debt, and why modern medicine is asked to rescue people who do everything to destroy themselves with food.
and yea, no lecture would be necessary if people were able to eat in moderation. but people clearly aren't able to do that. hence all the problems.
