Amanda Lepore, 46, is a transsexual and was born a boy named Armand. By the age of 17 Amanda had started the process of changing her male body into a female body and since then has had many surgeries including breast and butt implants. Over the years, she has spent lots of money on these surgeries and has become known as the “Woman with the Most Expensive Body in the World”.
