True about the magazine thing, but beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. Everyone has different tastes. Some men like bigger women, some men like smaller women. It's all a matter of opinion and personal preference. Don't make skinny women feel bad for being skinny the way you shouldn't make bigger women feel bad for being bigger. Skinny shaming is just as bad as fat shaming.
In reality, most of the time, women don't give a single FUCK what men think when it comes to their appearance. We just want to be prettier than each other. That's just it. And please don't blame women for being skinny, sometimes their body cannot contain fat, sometimes they're mentally ill (anorexia) so don't make them feel worse about themselves.
But you aren't doing women any favors by first saying they don't give a FUCK what men think and then excusing them as physically or mentally ill! True, I'd say they are all pretty mental. Best help for them is stop making them important; stop glorifying them by buying the magazines that hold them up as ideal. Or maybe it would be healthy to actually care what men want! The title of really says it all.
For me personally, all the women on top were a bit too thin, and all the women on the bottom were a bit too thick. But maybe that's just me, I like athletic girls.

if it was a purely amazon society, being prettier than each other wouldn't have much point, would it?
Being prettier than each other? for what reason? to get attention of men of course.
And good luck with being prettier than each other.
