Not to spoil things, but the pic, "Not Suitable for Miners" is actually accurate. You'll note that the sign is from a bookstore, on a table displaying a biography of Margaret Thatcher. When she was Prime Minister, her policies incensed the Miner's Unions. Hence, "Not Suitable for Miners", is intended to be a reference to the miner's dislike of Thatcher.

@jimrmbc RE "not suitable for miners" Yeah, I presume that was a deliberate pun, not a mis-spelling.

I'd guess "Save her from prostate cancer" is not a dumb mistake, but making a point: Don't make your wife suffer because you failed to get yourself diagnosed for prostate cancer. A common persuasive technique is, "Hey, if you won't do this for yourself, do it for people you care about who will be affected if you die, or who will have to care for you if you are incapacitated, etc."
