Transgender Woman Is Sentenced to Prison Time in an All-Male Facility

26 year old Tara Hudson has been undergoing gender reconstruction for the last six years but her passport still says she is male. For this reason alone, when she was convicted on charges relating to a bar assault the court decided that she should serve 12 weeks in an all-male facility.
There is physical gender and "chemical" gender
In her case it should have been female prison, she is going to be destroyed.
None of it matters going to prison, though. If convicted, you are whatever you are.
Males get raped regularly. Females get raped regularly.
If the person in question had not committed the crime... then this image series would likely have never appeared.
By the way... I am a trans-age/youth person. I am 30 years younger than I actually am... by choice :)
