#24 Um, what's going to happen when the tow truck arrives? You'll have to move your car blocking the guy in, so they could leave before the tow truck has time to hook anything up. That's what I would do: wait until 7:30, and then leave once you move your vehicle and before the tow truck hooks anything up.
