Esbeidy Barrera has decided to lose some pounds nearly 2 years ago

“I always have had low self-esteem due to my weight and appearance”

Being a firm non-believer in diets, she decided to start working out instead

Combined with regular cardio and weight training, this helped Barrera to reduce her weight from 223 lbs (101 kg) to 144 lbs (65 kg)

She allows herself an occasional OREO cookie or other dirty pleasure, only in moderation
