Tell me about Brie
Brie is a soft cheese named after the French region of Brie. The cheese is made from unpasteurized cow’s milk.
Creamline
Look for a gooey interior if you like mild cheese. How? Brie ripens from the outside in. If you notice creamy, kind of liquid-looking edges surrounding a dense centre, you’re good.
Food Pairing
Brie is best paired with something acidic. Try apples, pears, or grapes. Fig jam, pepper jelly, and honey work well too.
That’s A Lot of Cheddar!
An estimated 10 pounds of milk is needed to produce one pound of cheese.
Cheesing Around the World
The amount of cheese produced globally is baffling. If you combine the production of coffee, tea, cocoa, beans and tobacco from around the world, it still won’t come close to cheese production.
I wonder if Brie Larson likes cheese…
Homophobic much?
Which is a shame because I like normal sized attractive ones.
Still, the other stuff they post is good.
