Juliane Förster, 33, has spent over €57 thousand on tattoos of “Marvel” and “DC” characters – her son’s favorites. When her Constantine was three years old she tried to put a smile on his face by getting tattoos of Spiderman, Iron Man and Captain America.

It's about 500 € per semester, 5k for bachelor and master. You can get a loan for it and just have to pay half of it back (Bafög). And you get child support from the state until the child is 24. So it's kind of free.
