Former fitness model Lonnie Wilson continues to lead a far-from-glamorous life on the streets of West Hollywood. The 40-year-old homeless woman was spotted rummaging through garbage bins on June 14th in new photos obtained by The Post.

The photos appear to confirm the desperate situation of the blonde, who was seen smoking crack in an alley just a week prior.
