#11-"portable" domestic vacuum, I have worked in pre-1900 homes on the East coast US that had central vacuum systems. Scary looking main units.

Zach,
Indeed it seems!
Put away that plastic straw, you're killing the sea turtles! Oh, and don't look at all the fishing gear in the ocean just being dumped.

Ivan,

Put down the Mountain Dew and look up the word misnomer. Next, think about getting your GED and becoming a useful person. Thanks.

David,

I think what he meant was that the fingers were reattached, but the nails were still able to grow back.

Sibbie,

Correct... with a few clarifications
- the earth's climate has been changing for billions of years and will continue to do so
- some vaccines work, some do not
- masks work at blocking dust, paint overspray, etc.
- the earth is spherical

This picture, captured in 1933, showcases a range of "Hoovervilles," makeshift settlements created by the unemployed and named after President Herbert Hoover.
