#38 I have a couple of these, plugged into the back of my PC and swung around to the side so I don't have to pull the computer out to plug USB in. It's an old machine that has faster USB on the back than the front.

Wilber, also good for laptops with USB ports too close together for oversize memory sticks.

What it actually might be though is an accessory for some kind of big USB stick device, like an external SSD or TV stick, to make it installable in those tight spot on your notebook.
