Problem with Gaga is that she doesn't credit Rosy at all as an influence. Throws some love to Grace Jones which both get some influence (go ahead and include Dale Bozzio, Terri Nunn, Pat Benatar, Shirley Manson, Christina Amphlett, Kim Wilde, and Wendy O. Williams (RIP) just to name a few), but Gaga clearly is directly aping Rosy both in sound and fashion with no credit to her influence.
Just because Roisin dressed like that before doesn't mean others can't do it as well.
& for those saying Gaga can't sing: Check out some of her acoustic stuff on youtube. She's far from talentless
Oh, to the person who complained about the bubble dress & the keytar: She already said that the bubble dress was pretty much identical to Hussein Chalayan's, so she didn't take all the credit, & I'm pretty sure she said the keytar was designed for her
Besides, Roisin Murphy was NOT the first person to do stuff like this, & I'm glad she wasn't the last.
She's much more successful than Roisin Murphy will ever be :)
and her voice is much better as well, Roisin doesn't have as much power.

I, sadly, kind of agree. Plus with Gaga it looks a bit more natural. Whatever, they're both great.
