His original reason for losing the amazing amount of weight was because his doctor discovered that he a heart problem which had been hidden by his obesity. He has become a fitness fanatic, and now he routinely exercises by doing such things as kayaking and swimming as well as running. This proves that anything is possible and people like this certainly deserve our respect.
