why wouldn't he? he got paid doing promotional movie posters & album covers during the 80's & 90's. he's 63 years old.

Hmmm, that is strange to see Roland up there. From the looks of it, I might guess he was commissioned by someone to do a Dark Tower picture, maybe for a movie that was being proposed at the time. Note how you can't see Roland's face, so he doesn't look like any particular actor.
