Some of these women don't have implants. A couple hit puberty like Lohan (check those things moving when she walks braless. Nothing in there but juicy mammary and vodka!

Some are being held up by mega push-up bras like Sarah Jessica Parker/Britney. They just sag a lot and when pushed up seem like there is something there.
