As a part of Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit Project he had gained 32 kg (70 lbs) in just six months only to lose them during the next months of working out. I'd say those were the same pictures but backwards, but I remember he was clean shaved then! :) To be serious I haven't noticed any changes for the first 4-5 weeks! It shows how important it is not to lose motivation, even when progress is not that obvious!

Here you have some one who is used to train his body everyday. He has a body that is used to that training. I bet that when you take any one else who is overweight, and ask him to do the same, you most likely will not get the same results. And that has nothing to do with determination or motivation!
