Bizarre Practice of Russian Kindergarten

In a practice called tempering or hardening, these young children start their school day by sitting in a sauna. From there, they are taken outside to run in the snow naked, a feat which most adults couldn’t even accomplish.

Being used to the cold has ZERO impact on whether or not your body can fight off bacteria and/or viruses. Just being around a lot of kids from an early age will make children more immune later on.
