if they had taken a couple minutes to actually learn about gluten, they would understand that some people need to avoid it for health reasons... not because it's a hipster thing.

Sadly it became "a hipster thing", idiots think that gluten free diet is somewhat healthier because it's deadly to some people.

yeah i get that, it's just that answering a problem with a problem is weak IMO. that is, processed grain products are not good for the health as is and should be eaten in moderation according to modern nutritional science.

that's actually a way bigger issue than gluten intolerance and something that everyone who wants to be healthy should be working on.
