My first coaching gig was with a women's hoops team, so this is inspiring to me. Props to these women for all the hard work they put in to achieve these skills.

Also: what a sorry load of comments. Hey @Stuck: I trained for the opera when I was young; I've been on stage with some of the greats of classical music, jazz, etc. I have no problem with the music in this video. Here's a newsflash: hoops and hip hop are intertwined. Stop being such an uneducated bigot.
