Yay - I have a boat - so I HAVE to stay at the dock all the time - because that's what boats are made for.

the facial make-up on this "woman" helps to enhance the crazy she carries inside, the people filming did the right thing trying to remain calm, though I might have pushed the bitch in the water after getting poor dog away from her
