We can't assume this person has mental health issues simply by looking at them, Heath Ledger looked fine, Anthony Bourdain looked fine, mental health misinformation and information comes in all sizes. maybe she had something happen to her, or maybe she didn't, several serial killers had great childhoods but ended up being killers, Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy to name a couple. So by simply looking at someone you can't assume they have mental health issues.
