There are some unusual prohibitions in advertising in the Muslim world. We had a post about some of them: Oldie of the Day: Censorship in Saudi Arabia (10 pics). They are based on the national and religious peculiarities of Islamic countries.
Any advertising including logos that appear in Arabic-speaking countries should be forcibly adapted to the local cultural values and the Arabic language.
This is some incredible advertising by Clive Stewart. The advertisements are amazingly creative, subtle, but also direct and to the point. They make you pay attention to the products being advertised.
These black and white photos show the utter destruction wreaked by the atomic bombs that were dropped on these cities. Seeing the flattened landscapes, it is hard to imagine how they were able to rebuild.
How proud can US citizens be to live in a country with such depressing signs, food and scenarios? It seems that opulence, “freedom,” religious fervor and processed foods have caught up with this country.

There are people in the world so hard up for a free wedding that they are willing to go naked to their ceremony! A UK radio station awarded this couple an all expense paid wedding, if they would bare the family jewels and dash all of their pride. Free really brings out the best in humans.
